At MoScale, we strive to ensure you receive your products as quickly and safely as possible, no matter where you are in the world.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time for international shipments is 7 to 10 business days to most countries.
Note: These times are estimates. External factors such as customs processes in the destination country may occasionally affect delivery times.
Shipment Tracking
All our shipments come with a tracking number so you can track your package at all times from our website or on the carrier’s platform.
Customs and Taxes
For most destinations, we operate on a taxes-paid basis. However, if due to the selected shipping method or your country’s regulations any additional customs duties are generated, these will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of personal care products or sanitary goods that have been unsealed.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days (depending on your bank).
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or final clearance are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the factory. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@moscale.com.
Return Shipping Costs
To return your product, you must send it by post to our operating address:
Room D5, 5/F, King Yip Factory Building, No. 59 King Yip St, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
